The locals love it and visitors travel from all over the country to be part of it. Now in its 68th year the award-winning Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers continues to grow. Spectacular gardens, country touring, live music and local food and wine plus much more.
Cost: The public parks and gardens, such as Queens Park Botanic Garden, Laurel Bank Park, Picnic Point Park, USQ Japanese Garden and Boyce Gardens are all free to visit. The private gardens that are part of the Chronicle Garden Competition are also free to visit and are open from 9am and 5pm during the 10 days of the festival. The Chronicle Exhibition Gardens, usually past competition winners, ask for a small entry fee.It is free to attend the Grand Central Floral Parade. Get there early to secure a good viewing spot!
