Upcoming events for Grandparents raising grandchildren

Time for Grandparents provides support groups and camps to help eligible Grandparents and grandchildren in their care across Queensland. 

Our events are a chance to:

  • Receive support from other Grandparents with the same lived experience as you.
  • Make friendships with other socially isolated Grandparents.
  • Create positive feelings through a friendly network.
  • Reduce your stress levels.
  • Enjoy a respite and take the opportunity for some self-care and relaxation.
  • Access all the resources, information and advice you need.
  • Have fun!

Online Information Sessions and Social Support Group

Join our Queensland wide online social support group and meet with fellow grandparent carers for conversation and information. Pour a coffee and participate from the comfort of your own home.

Social Support Group Caboolture

Join our Caboolture social support group and meet with fellow grandparent carers for conversation and information. Cake, tea and coffee will be provided. Alternatively, you could shout yourself something nice from the nearby local café.
