Grandparent/parent and just coping

I am a fifty two year old grand parent, I have been caring for my grandchildren for 5 years there ages are 7 and 9, and also have a 13 year old daughter just diagnosed with ODD. My 13 year old is a very big challenge for me and her behavior is wearing me down. The combination of both grand-parenting and parenting with my daughters behavioral problems has left me feeling very isolated. At present I am receiving counseling due to depression.
At the moment I am feeling pretty burnt out and lack energy, finding it hard to keep up with all the manual tasks of running a home and so on.
Also being a centrelink recipient I am required to look for work or study and this is creating
more stress. Are there other grandparents going through similar
situations as myself. I live in the Bundaberg region and do not know
of any support networks in my area..
